We do not accept returns unless items are damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you receive such an item, contact us within 7 days for resolution. Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 7-10 business days.

 Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. Please note that personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
