We offer standard shipping for all orders, which typically takes three (3) business days for delivery. 

2. Shipping Locations:

We currently ship orders to addresses within the Dominican Republic, and internationally.

3. Shipping Within the Dominican Republic:

We offer free shipping to your doorstep anywhere in the Dominican Republic. Once your order is ready, it will be delivered directly to your address at no additional cost.

4. International Shipping

We ship internationally with doorstep delivery available in most countries. Please note that international shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Tracking Information:

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery online.

6. In-Store Pickup:

In addition to doorstep shipping, we offer the option for customers to select in-store pickup at our physical location during checkout, if available. Please ensure to bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation email when picking up your order in-store.

6. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
